We at J.G.M. Construction Inc. hope to obtain your business in the future and build a relationship with you as a valued customer. We have over 20 years of experience and are proud to execute our own work. We specialize in exterior remolding including roofing, siding, windows and gutters. We also do interior work like tile, hardwood floors, painting and other misc interior remodeling. We are a small locally owned company that provides professional customer service.

Spring is almost here and it’s a great time of year to have needed improvements completed on your building. We carry a 5-year labor warranty on all work services performed. There is a 25-50 year manufacturer’s warranty on shingles and ice shield, and a 15 – 20 year no fade warranty on most siding products.

At all times, we use six feet of ice shield on the perimeter, excluding the garage, and three feet up the valleys for all reproofs. The siding we utilize is a heavy gauge vinyl siding. Both roofing and siding are installed using nails, not staples and follows local codes.

We use a wide variety of roofing products and carry an extensive selection of siding products including vinyl, aluminum, and steel; the accessories to accompany these materials are also included. We can provide you with literature and videos on the products we use, upon request.

All plumbing, kitchen, and bath vents are replaced, not repainted. We use aluminum roof vents versus plastic and venting is silicone with a lifetime silicone.

All jobs are cleaned thoroughly; magnetic rakes are used to ensure entire cleanup of discarded nails and staples. We provide the dumpster and pull all permits that are required.
