OUR PROCESS

To help you better understand what we do, below is a synopsis of our step by step construction process.

Step By Step Construction Process

• First, you will select materials for the necessary roofing, siding, and gutter repairs to be done. This includes your choice of color and grade of material specification from the products we offer. Remember, your insurance company only pays for similar material which is currently on your home. This is a perfect time to think about upgrading to a better product that you like.
  
  
• After you have picked the colors and styles of the products, J.G.M. Construction, INC. will require a down payment for the materials for your job.
  
  
• Next J.G.M. Construction, INC. will enter into the production phase. Your job will be coordinated and built in a professional and timely manner. Please note, that we schedule roof first, siding second and gutters last format. There may be some downtime between jobs due to weather or product availability.
  
  
• Now your home is completed. Joe Mitchell will contact you to meet and go through and inspect the work that was done. Remember we do not get paid in full until you the homeowner is satisfied with our work.

 

UPGRADES:

Although a hailstorm is an unfortunate event, many of our clients find it to be a perfect time to upgrade their home as they always wanted with the colors and styles that they get to pick. Let’s face it, home renovation can be expensive when you are paying for it out of your pocket. That’s why this is the perfect time to combine insurance money and a little bit of your own to upgrade your home. Please ask Joe Mitchell what options are available for your home, because we would love to sit down and come up with a combination of products and different styles that would set your house apart from the rest.
